Growing up shadowing her mother—an expert in buying, renovating, designing, staging, and selling homes in the competitive Laguna Beach market—Jaime developed a sharp eye for creative vision and maximizing space.

With a 25-year career in marketing, brand-building, and partnerships, Jaime brings exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills to real estate.    Ellen plays a vital role as our transaction coordinator, ensuring smooth and compliant transactions from start to finish. With over 20 years of experience as a licensed Realtor and transaction coordinator, she has facilitated thousands of successful home sales. Acting as our compliance officer, Ellen ensures that every detail is meticulously handled. Once in escrow, clients quickly come to appreciate her involvement, expertise, and unwavering support throughout the process. 

 Tiana O’Mara is a seasoned Sr. Escrow Officer with over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in resale, refinance, trust and probate sales, short sales, and foreclosures. Known for her “get-it-done” attitude, she is committed to going above and beyond for her clients. A San Clemente native, Tiana enjoys spending time outdoors, whether at the beach with her three kids, on the soccer field, or watching her son compete in surf competitions. She also loves yoga, hiking with her dogs, snowboarding, and soaking up the sunshine.
